LaRosaOracle - Intuitive Tarot Experiences — Terms & Conditions 

By purchasing a reading from LaRosaOracle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Nature of Services
All tarot readings are intended for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
Readings are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological services.

2. Personal Responsibility
By engaging in a reading, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken following the session are your own responsibility.
LaRosaOracle does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase a reading.

4. Booking & Payment
All readings must be paid in full prior to delivery or scheduling.
Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time.

5. Delivery Timeframes
Pre-recorded readings will be delivered via email within 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods, and you will be notified if this happens.

6. Live Readings
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled at the discretion of LaRosaOracle.

If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

7. No Refund Policy
Due to the energetic and time-based nature of tarot readings, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued once a reading has been delivered or a session has taken place.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Live readings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.

9. Scope of Questions
LaRosaOracle reserves the right to decline or reframe questions that are:
- Related to health diagnoses, legal matters, or financial decisions
- Intrusive into another person’s privacy without consent
- Not aligned with ethical or intuitive practice

10. Energy & Respect
All services are offered in a respectful, safe, and grounded environment.
Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

11. Confidentiality
All readings are private and confidential. Your personal information and session details will never be shared.

12. Intellectual Property
All content provided in readings (including videos, messages, and interpretations) is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

13. Agreement
By purchasing a service from LaRosaOracle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
